• You will partner closely with Hang’s leadership team to identify and solve the most pressing problems at the company.
• You will personally manage and drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business.
• You will partner with every function in the business and act as a “hub” who helps drive our strategy by synthesizing insights and setting actionable plans.
• You will create and maintain the financial model and track key company-level success metrics.
• You will help prepare external presentations (board & investor decks, strategic presentations, etc.)

Product Designer

• Lead the entire design function and be responsible for the product's look, feel, and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with leadership to imagine new features from the ground up.
• Define project requirements alongside Product and Engineering.
• Outline and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and use data to develop insights that translate into product design.

Senior Product Designer

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to improve various aspects of our platform, including customer personalization, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform model development and business strategies.
• Continuously test and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate ML models into our platform and ensure seamless deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI, and explore new techniques and technologies that could benefit Hang.
• Provide insights and guidance on best practices in machine learning, and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology.

Frontend Engineer

• Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test desktop and mobile web software applications or systems.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Implement features and user interfaces to optimize performance of user-facing products.
• Interface with new and existing customers and company stakeholders to understand business needs and identify potential technical solutions.
• Collaborate with other engineers by engaging in agile best practices like peer code reviews and documentation.
• Create the build specs and PRD for projects.
• Lead a project from PRD to deployment, with a team of both backend and front end engineers, ensuring code quality, testing, and confirming code in production.

Front End Software Engineer – React, NextJS

Data Scientist

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict customer behaviors and enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and strategy development.
• Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of data collection strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
