• Working with product and client stakeholders to understand real problems and shape buildable solutions
• Owning features end to end, from early scoping and design through to build, testing and release
• Using AI coding agents to move quickly while staying responsible for code quality, structure and maintainability
• Building and integrating AI-assisted features, including prompts, evaluations and guardrails
• Working from a defined data model and flagging issues early where something does not add up
• Feeding what you learn back into product and client conversations so each iteration improves
