About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct on-site visits with homeowners in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro
Take measurements and photos and prepare proposals using estimating software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must live in or around Douglas County, CO
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
Preferred background in home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management
Independent, reliable, and able to manage time with minimal oversight
Travel to job sites is required
