AI Tutor, Biology Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and evaluate high-difficulty biology prompts that probe the limits of AI models
- Identify reasoning errors, weaknesses, and failure modes in model outputs
- Apply adversarial prompting techniques to surface gaps in model understanding
- Provide expert-level feedback on model responses across molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and related subfields
- Collaborate with project leads to maintain high quality and consistency standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- PhD in Biology or a closely related life sciences field
- Deep subject matter expertise — ability to work at PhD-level complexity
- Prior experience in AI data annotation or RLHF (hands-on tasking)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Permanently based in the US
