About the role
- Work independently on an hourly, temporary AI research project evaluating AI models in your field.
- Develop prompts for AI models that reflect your field, and then evaluating responses.
- Learn new skills and contribute to how AI is used in your field.
- Your placement into a project will be dependent on project availability.
Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work.
- Maintain and verify personnel documentation related to staffing, recruitment, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in administering employee benefits and worker's compensation plans, and facilitate new employee orientations.
- Conduct applicant interviews and evaluations, and manage job postings and applicant notifications.
- You’re able to participate in asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.
