About the role

Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, testing, and shipping activities.
- Plan and enforce safety, security, and regulatory compliance across warehouse and logistics functions.
- Manage and train staff, set workflows, and ensure work meets organizational standards.
- Coordinate logistics with other departments to streamline sales, accounting, order management, and shipping processes.
- Analyze transportation, routing, inventory, and supply chain efficiency to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, metrics, reports, and documentation for logistics and warehouse activities.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, contractor evaluations, rate negotiations, and capital expenditure decisions.
- Plan and implement operational improvements, facility modifications, and new technologies.
