About the role

  • In this program, you’ll leverage your professional experience to evaluate what AI models produce in your field, assess content related to your field of work, and deliver clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model’s understanding of your workplace tasks and language.
  • The position is remote and asynchronous; work independently from wherever you are.
  • The hours are flexible, with no minimum commitment, but most average 5-20 hrs
  • The work includes developing prompts for AI models that reflect your field, and then evaluating responses.
  • You’ll learn new skills and contribute to how AI is used in your field

Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following types of work.
  • The examples below reflect the types of real-world responsibilities that you might have had in your role that will give you the context needed to evaluate and train high-quality AI models
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel or motel guests.
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.
  • Issue room keys and escort instructions to bellhops.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Verify customers’ credit and determine payment methods for accommodations.
  • Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts, manually or using computers.
  • Post charges—such as rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls—to ledgers manually or electronically.
  • Review accounts and charges with guests during checkout.
  • Record guest comments or complaints and refer customers to managers when necessary.
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
  • Transmit and receive messages using telephones or switchboards.
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, travel directions, and provide recommendations for shopping, dining, or entertainment.
  • Advise housekeeping staff when rooms are vacated and ready for cleaning.
  • Perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
  • Clean and maintain lobby and common areas, including restocking supplies and watering plants.
  • Prepare for basic food service, such as setting up continental breakfast or coffee and tea supplies.
  • Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages.
  • Arrange tours, taxis, or restaurant reservations for customers.
  • Deposit guests’ valuables in hotel safes or safe-deposit boxes.
  • You’re able to participate in asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.
