About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyzing workflows across global teams to identify automation opportunities using generative and traditional AI.
Developing and implementing automations that connect our tool ecosystem (GCP and AWS clouds, Notion, CRM, Jira, GitHub, Google and Microsoft Workspace) with LLMs and AI agents.
Acting as the steward of internal AI productivity tools, ensuring they are user-friendly for non-technical users and deliver real ROI.
Enabling employees across functions to use AI tools (Prompt Engineering, agents) to maximize individual productivity.
Ensuring all internal automations comply with global privacy and data security regulations (LGPD, GDPR).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency using language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI or LlamaIndex).
- No-code/Low-code Automation: Advanced experience with integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) for rapid automation prototyping.
- Proficiency in Python (essential for data manipulation and custom scripts) and knowledge of SQL.
- Practical experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for internal knowledge bases.
- Ability to consume and integrate various SaaS system APIs.
- Skill in measuring automation impact (Lead Time reduction, Man-hour savings, quality improvements).
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Fluent English to collaborate with operations leads across international markets.

- Ability to deliver training.
