About the role

  • Provide consultation to business unit leaders on talent management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Relevant HR generalist experience in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines and business acumen required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact well with all organizational levels.
