About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee technical strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing automation platforms.
- Drive operational efficiency and integration capabilities across marketing channels.
- Lead a team of specialists to ensure scalable marketing processes and platform health.
- Create data-driven marketing processes and manage best practices in database management.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct attribution analysis.
- Maintain system health and platform governance for HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure alignment of marketing automation strategy with enterprise-wide goals and compliance requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in marketing automation, digital campaign execution, or martech systems.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and marketing APIs.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, attribution modeling, and marketing data visualization.
- Experience managing platform integrations, API solutions, and marketing systems in highly regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
