Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee technical strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing automation platforms.
  • Drive operational efficiency and integration capabilities across marketing channels.
  • Lead a team of specialists to ensure scalable marketing processes and platform health.
  • Create data-driven marketing processes and manage best practices in database management.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct attribution analysis.
  • Maintain system health and platform governance for HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing automation strategy with enterprise-wide goals and compliance requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in marketing automation, digital campaign execution, or martech systems.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and marketing APIs.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, attribution modeling, and marketing data visualization.
  • Experience managing platform integrations, API solutions, and marketing systems in highly regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
