About the role

  • Act as the primary technical authority on-site for customers
  • Design and implement data architectures for AI/ML training pipelines
  • Build custom integrations and automation scripts
  • Identify new business problems and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate bugs into features
  • Communicate complex technical hurdles clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of GPU orchestration, AI/ML data pipelines, and high-performance file systems (NFS, SMB, S3)
  • Mastery of high-speed networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, 100GbE+)
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++
  • Strong Linux internals expertise, including kernel tuning and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker)
  • Ability to quickly master the Global Data Environment architecture and deploy it across heterogeneous storage and cloud providers
