About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate closely with the Client Success Lead to align messaging for employees and clients, while consulting with the HR Delivery Manager (Business Services) to ensure compliance with Philippine labor law requirements.
- Support employee relations, performance conversations, and culture initiatives for assigned teams.
- Implement and reinforce people-related policies, attendance standards, and conduct expectations.
- Provide coaching, counselling, and engagement interventions to employees.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Client Success on onboarding, movement, and workforce planning needs.
- Support company-wide engagement and culture programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in HR roles with exposure to onboarding, IR, and HR documentation.
- Experience supporting or coordinating HR activities in BPO, RPO, or fast-paced service environments.
- Strong documentation and admin skills.
- Strong understanding of employment processes, documentation, and HR workflows.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and how they apply to client-assigned staff.
- Experienced in managing basic HR issues and supporting complex IR cases and collaborating closely with the HR Business Services & Head of Delivery Operations on advanced HR/IR matters.
