About the role
- Engage and convert inbound (warm) leads into paying customers
- Handle high daily lead volume (up to ~60 leads per day during peak periods)
- Communicate with prospects through multiple channels: Phone WhatsApp Email
- Guide prospective customers through the enrollment process using a consultative approach
- Manage and track leads through CRM systems (Bitrix and/or HubSpot)
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle (average ~7 days, up to 30 days)
- Achieve and exceed conversion targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inbound sales environments
- Strong ability to convert warm leads in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Bitrix or HubSpot is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
