Assemble precision medical and laboratory devices
Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance

Work in a production environment assembling laboratory devices or operating machinery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced assembly environment and meet quality and quantity quotas
Experience using diagrams or blueprints and following written or verbal instructions
Mechanical aptitude and good dexterity
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to quality-check finished products and send unsatisfactory items to rework
Proven experience with safe production practices
Stable work history
Basic math skills for computing quantities and counting parts
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small components and hand tools
Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing-environment experience preferred
Technical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program completion preferred
Prior technician experience preferred
