Service RMA Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all general office duties while coordinating Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
- Provide high level of customer service through communication with customers via e-mail, fax, mail and telephone
- Responsible for processing, monitoring, and expediting Return Material Authorizations
- Take the lead in monitoring the RMA process from start to finish
- RMA entry and documentation into Master Control
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot inquiries
- Complete evaluation findings for order entry errors resulting in RMAs
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
- Customer Service backup support including handling phone calls and product knowledge
Requirements

- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures, problem solving and decision making
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work harmoniously within the department and with other departments
- Position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force and occasional sitting
