About the role

  • The Marketing Specialist supports marketing initiatives by managing digital content, coordinating the creation and distribution of compelling marketing collateral, and ensuring clear communication across teams and with external partners.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email).
  • Coordinate the creation and management of digital and print marketing collateral.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital and physical asset library.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and email.
  • Schedule social media content and track performance.
  • Assist with marketing campaign execution.
  • Provide support for the company's CRM system, including data entry, list segmentation, reporting, and tracking and managing leads and customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Contributing to the visual development of compelling marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations, social media graphics, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct basic digital marketing research and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Experience with file management systems.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools preferred.
