About the role
- Developing technical expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products
- Contributing to daily sales support, product development initiatives, training, and marketing support
- Assisting in achieving portfolio revenue growth
- Collaborating with the Product Manager to identify market opportunities and manage product lines
- Supporting product development efforts in partnership with teams
- Conducting sales and service training sessions
- Delivering product demonstrations for customers and key stakeholders
- Creating and executing business plans and product strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science
- Experience in sales, customer service, product management, or product development preferred
- Background in the laboratory equipment or life sciences industry is advantageous
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
