About the role
- Provide applications support, technical support, and installation tools for Hamilton Customers, Hamilton Sales, and Hamilton Field Applications
- Assess and demonstrate the feasibility and functionality of customer solutions delivered by Hamilton
- Create clear, concise and timely documentation throughout design and after delivery
- Develops and tests application-specific protocols on Hamilton products based on requirements documentation provided by Hamilton Sales/Customer/Project Management team
- Troubleshoots, tests, and creates programming tools to support the needs of Hamilton customers
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages and computer knowledge is preferred
- Computer Networking and Systems is preferred
- Experience with laboratory automation, scientific application, and/or laboratory bench sciences is preferred
- Training and troubleshooting in a technical environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar field is required
