About the role

  • Liaise with underwriting teams to enter business into underwriting system
  • Responsible for generating and issuing accurate policy documentation (binders, policies and mid-term endorsements)
  • Assist in generating and sending invoices to brokers on bound policies
  • Set up and maintain comprehensive electronic policy files
  • Liaise with underwriting and software vendor to maintain and update forms library
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders as required
