About the role
- Support the development and execution of the property insurance business plan
- Source and evaluate opportunities and prioritize submissions
- Coordinate and execute all stages of the underwriting process, including: general marketing and business development underwriting, risk analysis and treaty structuring pricing, modeling and exposure management
- Contract negotiation and contract maintenance
- Evaluation of client financial objectives
- Monitor accumulations, profitability and other key performance indicators
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the business plan
Requirements
- At least 10 years of re/insurance experience, preferably within Property Insurance
- Ability to work closely with brokers to negotiate terms and conditions for renewal and new business
- Strong broker network and a proven track record
- Experience in designing pricing and accumulation platform beneficial
