About the role
- Independent execution of the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees, as well as maintenance and verification of payroll-relevant master and transaction data
- Ensuring correct application of legal, collective agreement and company regulations, and acting as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related matters
- Preparation of reports, analyses and certificates
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on HR
- You have already gained initial experience in the HR/payroll area and are looking for a new challenge
- You are communicative, motivated and empathetic, and enjoy working hands-on and closely with people
