About the role
- Independently perform the monthly payroll processing for a defined group of employees
- Maintain and verify payroll-relevant master and transaction data
- Ensure correct application of statutory, collective bargaining and company regulations
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related questions
- Prepare filings, reports and certificates
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on HR
- You have already gained initial experience in the HR area and are looking for a new challenge
- You are communicative, motivated and empathetic, and enjoy working hands-on and closely with people
