About the role
- Set up and manage the rebate process, including billing and control mechanisms
- Further develop financial/controlling dashboards using AI and BI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Qlik Sense)
- Cost control and optimization, including insurance management
- Accounts receivable accounting for the Frankfurt location (approx. 50%), including open-items control, dunning, direct debit processing and credit checks
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration and a solid command of standard business software
- Initial professional experience, ideally in retail/commerce, and knowledge of DATEV
- Strong numerical aptitude, enthusiasm for varied tasks, and proven team spirit and flexibility
- Structured, organized and independent way of working
