About the role
- Support and maintain the ERP system: error analysis and resolution
- Ensure the availability and performance of the ERP system
- Interfaces: develop and maintain interface integrations in collaboration with external partners
- Manage existing EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers
- Administer existing IT hardware and software
- Provide hotline/helpdesk support
- Collaborate with various departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or relevant professional experience in the mentioned areas
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Preferably experience in ERP administration
- Good process understanding
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

- AS/400 experience desirable
