About the role
- 1st and 2nd level IT support, including support for the ERP system and its associated interfaces
- Ensure operation of the distributed telephony system (Siemens HiPath, Unify)
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems, networks and software
- Participation in internal IT projects
- Administration and operation of Windows Server and Windows Terminal Server/Client (Windows 10 / MS Server 2019 / SQL / AD / DNS / Sophos Firewall)
- Shared responsibility for procurement of hardware and licenses
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or relevant professional experience in the listed areas
- Experience implementing and working with telephony/PBX systems, MDM solutions and Microsoft Terminal Server
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility, commitment, reliability and team spirit
