About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build your daily travel plan and use route optimisation tools to hit every farm efficiently
  • Hit the road, driving between farms
  • Manage collar stock on customer farms, making sure levels are accurate and nothing slips through the cracks
  • Pack and dispatch urgent spare collars to farms that need them fast
  • Ship collars back to AKL HQ and keep logistics running smoothly
  • Conduct hardware audits and trials on customer farms.
  • Be a positive, professional face of Halter when you're on-farm with our customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full NZ Class 1 driver's licence — non-negotiable, you'll be clocking serious km's
  • On-farm experience (bonus points if you've worked with cows)
  • A communicator who leaves farmers feeling good about Halter, your interactions matter
  • Physically fit and up for the manual side of the work
  • Reliable, punctual, and someone who takes ownership, if you say you'll be there, you're there
  • A strong work ethic with a track record to back it up
  • Comfortable working independently on the road and as part of a team when back at base
