About the role
- Conduct patient callbacks to schedule genetic testing appointments
- Provide clear, compassionate education and support about hereditary cancer testing
- Register patients and manage follow-up appointments
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Monitor and follow up on no-shows and cancellations to optimize scheduling

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with patients
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Comfortable using secure messaging and communication platforms
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
