About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and analyze Program reports
Collaborate with Buyers and Program Account Managers to maintain appropriate inventory levels for SKUs
Follow individual program and department guidelines to initiate appropriate action for PO placement, follow up, inventory adjustments, and reporting
Check ship dates on in-bound inventory replenishment orders and work with all stakeholders until receipt
Post shipments and receiving
Update notes for items in Fourgen ERP
Create, proof and submit purchase orders daily
Review and approve artwork proofs
Monitor purchase orders with in-hands dates to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any risks or delays
Populate and submit item adjustment and freight forms
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative or related experience
Proven experience working with key AEs, sales professionals, and/or clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accurate data entry/keyboarding skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage shifting priorities
Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, positive demeanor
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
