Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a forward-looking global business development strategy
- Build and scale a high-quality international pipeline

- Lead the global go-to-market strategy for the clean energy segment
- Identify and capitalize on emerging technologies and energy transition trends
- Establish clear goals, rhythms, and accountability for a geographically dispersed team
- Implement scalable, repeatable business development processes
- Partner with executive leadership to drive growth and market expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in senior business development, commercial strategy, or growth leadership roles
- Experience working with utilities, energy companies, OEMs, or energy supply chain partners
- Strong understanding of global energy markets, particularly clean energy and energy transition
- Track record of scaling commercial processes in growing or evolving organizations
- Experience leading global or multi-region teams
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy business development.
