Key responsibilities & impact

Own and continuously improve the global project delivery process
Ensure consistent execution of customer‑driven projects across global sites
Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑visibility customer projects
Act as the primary customer contact for project scope, schedule, communication, and risk management
Coordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, testing, and documentation requirements
Lead and mentor Project Coordinators and assigned Project Managers
Implement and optimize project management tools and standardize documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing
Strong understanding of engineering workflows
Proven experience leading cross‑functional project delivery processes
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred
