About the role
- Primary point of contact for property owners and businesses regarding property management
- Handle new inquiries and clarify requirements
- Conduct consultation meetings and convert mandates into signed contracts
- Escalate complex inquiries to the sales team
- Arrange meetings with larger clients
- Work in the CRM system and document conversations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in property management
- Knowledge of WEG (condominium/homeowners' association) management and rental property management
- Understanding of the annual cycle in property management
- Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to conduct consultation meetings confidently
- Structured working style and ability to keep track of numerous inquiries
