About the role
- As Key Account Manager, you are the central point of contact between our key accounts and hallo theo.
- You manage demanding mandates from the initial contact through to successful handover.
- With a strategic mindset, digital fluency and a confident presence, you cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Build, maintain and further develop strategic partners in your region.
- Primary trusted partner for new clients.
- Analyze property structures and customer requirements and develop tailored service solutions.
- Confidently lead and moderate owners' assemblies (ETVs).
Requirements
- Several years of successful experience in B2B sales of complex solutions.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a major plus.
- Confident demeanor with strong presentation and moderation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and an affinity for digital tools.
- High empathy, reliability and strong communication skills.
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Excellent German language skills (C2) and a valid Class B driver's license.
