About the role

  • As a Key Account Manager (m/w/d), you are the central interface between our key accounts and hallo theo.
  • You manage demanding mandates from the first contact through successful handover to operational management, ensuring trust, clarity and measurable added value.
  • With a strategic mindset, digital fluency and confident presence, you shape long-term partnerships and actively contribute to hallo theo's growth.
  • Build, maintain and develop strategic partners (developers, lawyers, complex mandates) in your region
  • Primary trusted partner for new clients – from first contact through needs analysis to contract signing
  • Analyze property structures and client requirements and develop tailored service solutions together with internal experts
  • Confidently lead and moderate owners' meetings (ETVs) to support decision-making and secure mandates
  • Manage and coordinate internal specialist expertise (including within Property Management Companies & Customer Success) to ensure top process and advisory quality
  • Actively help shape sales, market and process structures by providing feedback from the client and market perspective

Requirements

  • Several years of proven success in B2B sales of complex solutions
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a significant plus
  • Confident presence, strong presentation and moderation skills, and confidence in group decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for digital tools, data-driven arguments and digital/AI topics
  • High empathy, reliability and strong communication skills – you build sustainable, peer-level relationships
  • Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility and willingness to travel regionally
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and a valid Class B driving license
