About the role

  • Record all transactions in rental and condominium (WEG) accounting.
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting.
  • Process transfers of property ownership.
  • Prepare monthly and annual statements and financial plans.
  • Prepare condominium (WEG) and/or operating cost statements.
  • Execute payment runs and reconcile accounts.
  • Independently manage an active dunning process.
  • Prepare invoice audits.
  • Independently review the allocability of individual costs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for WEG administrators, owners and advisory boards.
  • Ensure efficient invoice capture and payment processing using digital tools.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in accounting/finance.
  • Initial professional experience in rental, condominium (WEG) or real estate accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting and payment processes in real estate and receivables management under WEG law.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and accounting mindset.
  • Systematic, structured way of working and willingness to assume responsibility.
  • High level of reliability, precision and conscientiousness.
  • Enjoy interacting professionally with owners and tenants, with a customer- and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Experience with impower is an advantage but not required.
