Bookkeeper

• Independent ongoing rental and condominium association (WEG) accounting, including posting all business transactions, account reconciliation and maintenance of master data
• Full handling of invoicing and payment processes, including review/coding, payment runs, apportionments and preparation for invoice audits
• Preparation of all relevant statements: service charge, operating and utility cost statements, monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, income/expenditure statements and VAT pre‑reports
• Responsibility for owner and tenant changes including deposit settlements and handling property transfers
• Central point of contact for condominium managers, owners, advisory boards, service providers and authorities, as well as independent, fair and service‑oriented dunning/collection management
• Active contribution to our digital accounting processes: use of modern tools, continuous optimization and participation in projects to further develop our WEG and rental accounting.
