About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders by leveraging clinical insight and industry knowledge
- Identifying and mapping buyer contacts at prospect accounts
- Establishing contact with buyer contracts via a variety of sales methods, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and events
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads as sales opportunities
- Identifying client needs and connecting to Hallmark offerings
- Setting up meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
- Achieving target goals which may include contacts, leads, discovery calls set, pipeline generated
- Staying up-to-date with new offerings and pricing changes
- Delivering engaging presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role is preferred
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Familiarity/Experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity/Experience with ZoomInfo
- Bachelor’s degree
- Nursing or clinical background experience required
