About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders by leveraging clinical insight and industry knowledge
  • Identifying and mapping buyer contacts at prospect accounts
  • Establishing contact with buyer contracts via a variety of sales methods, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and events
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads as sales opportunities
  • Identifying client needs and connecting to Hallmark offerings
  • Setting up meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
  • Achieving target goals which may include contacts, leads, discovery calls set, pipeline generated
  • Staying up-to-date with new offerings and pricing changes
  • Delivering engaging presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Familiarity/Experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity/Experience with ZoomInfo
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Nursing or clinical background experience required
