Territory Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Drive new business policy and premium growth
- Assess agency mix of business, retention and profitability results
- Responsible for agency onboarding and training regarding Hallmark products
- Effectively present and communicate to large groups
- Evaluate agency relationships for profitability
- Attend and participate in industry conventions and events
- Maintain up to date records of field activity, contact information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years insurance sales experience
- A working knowledge of non-standard auto insurance operations: claims, coverage, products and underwriting
- Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Organization and Time Management
- Ability to analyze and interpret report data through spreadsheets
- Problem Solving Skills
- Flexibility and motivation as a self-starter
