Mechanical Engineer

• Responsible for working with fellow mechanical engineering team members for project execution support.
• Perform mechanical engineering tasks and calculations for oil and gas projects inclusive of: Create piping specifications and CAD files in CADWorx Supporting P&ID development Create/assist with technical bid evaluations Create mechanical deliverables including but not limited to line lists, equipment lists, specialty item lists
• Participate in cross-discipline squad checks
• Create project bill of materials (BOM)
• Duties also include preparing equipment data sheets, equipment specifications, equipment design and development, updating and maintaining construction documents, preparing and reviewing MRQs / RFQs.
• Interpret and review Models, piping plans, piping sections and piping isometrics
• Identify, interpret and apply relevant codes and standards to engineering designs
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management, clients, and other disciplines.
• Ability to travel to support field work activities periodically (including site commissioning).
• Ability to analyze, define, and solve problems. Ability to prioritize workflow, multitask, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.

Mechanical Engineer I

Engineer

• Perform routine tasks which require application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks.
• Size and specify equipment and instrumentation for existing and proposed oil and gas facilities.
• Assist with creating layout and design, Design Basis, PFDs, P&IDs, stream summary and line list for multi-well facilities.
• Improve existing design to ensure safety, operability, and environmental compliance.
• Develop block flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• Develop engineering standards and perform process engineering consulting for upstream, midstream, downstream oil and gas clients.
• Work with clients, contractors, project managers, and engineering disciplines to ensure the project execution plan is effective, comprehensive, reasonable, and obtainable.
• Assist with process simulation models for existing and proposed oil and gas facilities.

Junior Process Engineer

• Responsible for working with and giving direction to fellow mechanical engineering team members for project execution support.
• Perform mechanical engineering tasks and calculations for oil and gas projects inclusive of: Perform pipe sizing and pressure loss calculations
• Create piping specifications and CAD files in CADWorx P&IDs creation and review
• Engineering evaluations
• Review & preparation of line lists & equipment lists
• Perform basic CADD drafting
• Review of bill of materials BOM
