Maintain deep context on what your team is building and why, offering strategic perspective without micromanaging.
Occasionally dip into the codebase to review pull requests, understand implementation details, and provide relevant technical feedback.

Partner with engineers and technical leads to shape architectural direction and maintain high technical standards.

Requirements

Experience leading multiple engineering teams, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices, including AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
Track record of creating strong team culture, high trust, and psychological safety.
Effective coach with experience guiding engineers, peers, and upward into executive leadership.
Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including infrastructure, observability, and reliability.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, scaling challenges, and cross-functional alignment.
Excellent communicator who leads with clarity, empathy, and pragmatism.
