Own the Partner Lifecycle: Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of MSSP partners - from onboarding and activation through ongoing enablement, adoption, and advocacy.
Drive Deployment & Adoption: Lead technical onboarding and hands-on training to ensure partner teams are fully equipped to deploy and manage Halcyon effectively.
Deliver Measurable Value: Track partner engagement and product utilization, identify opportunities for growth, and drive continuous improvement across partner programs.
Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a unified partner experience and ensure timely issue resolution.
Build Scalable Resources: Contribute to the creation of partner playbooks, enablement content, and QBR frameworks to drive consistency and scale across the partner base.
Support GTM Alignment: Collaborate with Channel and Sales teams on co-selling strategies and partner-led customer expansion opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years in Customer Success, Partner Success, Technical Account Management, or Channel Management within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
Solid understanding of MSSP/MSP operating models and their delivery of managed security services (Endpoint Protection, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Threat Detection, etc.).
Comfortable discussing technical concepts with both practitioners and executives.
