About the role
- Build and manage sales pipelines to recruit YouTube talent
- Conduct cold outreach, email campaigns, referrals, networking to connect creators to Blackshore
- Support negotiations, develop proposals, and establish talent management partnerships
- Collaborate with management to refine pitches, services, and ideal customer profiles
- Utilize Hubspot to track outreach activities, evaluate results, and report sales performance
- Identify and acquire leads, leverage industry connections, and implement lead-generation strategies
- Facilitate talent onboarding, support transition to talent management team, and drive retention
- Monitor YouTube trends and competitor strategies to discover opportunities
- Strive to meet sales goals tied to signing top-tier talent and generating revenue
- Partner with Blackshore’s COO to adapt contractor roles and perform additional services as required
Requirements
- Self-starter comfortable with remote work and cold outreach
- Proven sales/business development experience in talent management or influencer marketing
- Confidence with cold outreach, relationship-building, and negotiations
- Experience building and managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets
- Proficiency using Hubspot for tracking outreach and sales activity
- Strong written communication skills; able to draft email communications and campaigns
- Lead generation experience, including identifying YouTube channels and influencers
- Familiarity with YouTube trends and creator ecosystem
- Ability to manage negotiations, develop proposals, and establish talent partnerships
- Experience onboarding and retaining clients/talent; client relationship management
- Ability to collaborate with management and wider team; report on sales performance
- Experience with channel scraping or coordinating with a virtual assistant for lead generation
