About the role
- - Develop and execute events strategy aligned with company and product goals, from announcement to launch and beyond.
- - Lead the event planning of launches, showcases, fan festivals, press briefings, and community events.
- - Manage logistics such as venue selection, staging, agency coordination, equipment, travel, and staffing according to internal team objectives.
- - Create engaging experiences that celebrate our games and connect with the community.
- - Collaborate with marketing, PR, and community teams to promote events across various channels.
- - Facilitate fan interactions, meet-and-greets, and community activities.
- - Build strong relationships with external partners including publishers, platform holders, media, and sponsors.
- - Act as the lead during events, ensuring seamless operations and issue resolution in real time.
- - Integrate digital elements (livestreams, broadcasts, virtual meet-ups) to extend audience reach.
- - Manage event budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- - Produce post-event analysis, measuring success against KPIs (attendance, engagement, viewership, ROI).
Requirements
- - Demonstrated excellence in project management and multitasking, particularly in steering complex logistics.
- - A track record of success in event management, especially within the entertainment sector or a related field.
- - A solid understanding of video game and comic book culture, including fan communities and current industry trends.
- - Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- - Experience with digital production processes.
- - Proficient in budget management practices.
