About the role
- Lead omni-channel retail strategy and execution for Sephora and Ulta.
- Turn brand campaigns into tailored 360 activation plans that drive awareness, conversion, and sustained growth.
- Build strong relationships with retailer partners while collaborating with internal teams.
- Oversee visual merchandising, retailer toolkits, and launch readiness.
- Evaluate performance, competitive activity, and category trends to uncover opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or omni-channel marketing within beauty or another consumer category with strong retail velocity.
- Sephora experience is required; brand-side experience strongly preferred.
- Digitally fluent with an understanding of sephora.com, the sephora app, ulta.com, CRM, loyalty levers, and digital merchandising best practices.
- Data-curious with strong analytical skills; comfortable digging into sell-through, category trends, competitive insights, and ROI.
- Collaborative, proactive, and positive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent deck-building and storytelling skills.
- Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
