About the role

  • Point of contact for SAP-related questions in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales or Production (1st & 2nd level)
  • Analyze and sustainably resolve SAP support requests
  • Collaborate with external service providers and internal IT and coordinate with business departments
  • Participate in and (partially) lead SAP projects, including system implementations and process optimizations
  • Prepare documentation and training materials and conduct workshops for SAP users

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
  • Experience in SAP support and knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP ECC; S/4HANA knowledge desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of the ABAP programming language
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (Austria, Germany, Romania)
