About the role

  • Supporting our Procurement Specialist
  • Completing the back-end process of European procurement, including but not limited to:
  • Opening Purchase Requisition (PR)
  • Order Processing
  • Payment Tracking and Management
  • Invoice Processing and Verification
  • Optimize and improve the procurement process to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the process
  • Classify and organize various quotations, and perform data analysis to support decision-making

Requirements

  • A study background in Procurement/purchasing, logistics, supply chain and other related majors (highly preferred)
  • Good data analysis skills, able to find problems through data and make optimization suggestions
  • Strong Chinese and English reading and writing skills, and be able to handle daily procurement-related English emails and documents
