About the role

  • Develop and implement EHS management systems and processes
  • Regularly inspect the effectiveness of implementation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Perform regular site inspections and internal audits
  • Conduct regular workplace risk assessments
  • Supervise the rectification of illegal operations
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of operations
  • Approve and supervise hazardous operations
  • Control the compliance of outsourcing contractors' construction
  • Organize safety education for new employees
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of safety accidents
  • Write investigation reports and promote rectification measures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, TÜV Functional Safety Engineer, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in safety engineering, ideally in Industrial manufacturing and machinery deployment
  • Fluent in English; additional European language (Dutch/German/French) advantageous
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to travel globally and work across diverse teams and time zones
