About the role

  • Support the BU by leading financial processes across Global and NA Hospital
  • Lead the development, analysis, and reporting of annual operating budgets
  • Lead monthly business reviews, present results/forecast updates
  • Track status updates and facilitate discussion on milestones to meet strategic initiatives
  • Direct the financial planning and reporting including analyzing business trends
  • Incorporate acquisitions into Hospital BU financial processes
  • Lead special projects such as business development support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new products initiatives (NPIs)
  • Develop and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Review contracts amendments, extensions, and ensure pricing improvements are met
  • Challenge status quo thinking and provide reliable and insightful modeling

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
  • Previous managerial supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelors required; MBA/CPA preferred
  • Experience in building dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau required
  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems (Hyperion/Oracle EPBCS preferred)
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP
  • Must possess strong business analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to identify, interpret, and transform raw data sets into meaningful and actionable solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using multiple data sources to draw inferences/conclusions and communicate those findings effectively
  • Drive for accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically coupled with working in a logical and structured way
  • Open and flexible attitude with the ability to execute tasks within deadlines.
