About the role

  • You accompany the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting through onboarding to offboarding — and ensure that everyone on the team feels well supported.
  • You take care of all operational HR processes such as contracts, onboarding, and review processes, and contribute your own ideas to make them even smarter.
  • You are the first point of contact for colleagues, sense moods and issues within the team, and help bring them to solutions together.
  • You keep employee retention constantly in mind: with your ideas and initiatives you strengthen integration, cohesion, and long-term retention.
  • You manage review and feedback conversations, keep track of them, and ensure they take place regularly.
  • You support the planning and execution of our employee events.

  • You have experience in the areas mentioned above and are familiar with the related processes and topics.

  • You are used to juggling multiple priorities, work in a structured way, prioritize smartly, and keep an overview even in stressful moments.
  • You enjoy working with processes and tools (e.g., Personio) and are eager to continuously improve workflows.
  • You are communicative, adapt well to different people, and get to the point.
  • You maintain a clear head for structure, organization, and pragmatic solutions.
  • You are approachable, show empathy, and identify team issues early.
