About the role
- You accompany the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting through onboarding to offboarding — and ensure that everyone on the team feels well supported.
- You take care of all operational HR processes such as contracts, onboarding, and review processes, and contribute your own ideas to make them even smarter.
- You are the first point of contact for colleagues, sense moods and issues within the team, and help bring them to solutions together.
- You keep employee retention constantly in mind: with your ideas and initiatives you strengthen integration, cohesion, and long-term retention.
- You manage review and feedback conversations, keep track of them, and ensure they take place regularly.
- You support the planning and execution of our employee events.
Requirements
- You have experience in the areas mentioned above and are familiar with the related processes and topics.
- Employee retention matters to you — you ensure colleagues feel well supported and that issues are actively addressed.
- You are used to juggling multiple priorities, work in a structured way, prioritize smartly, and keep an overview even in stressful moments.
- You enjoy working with processes and tools (e.g., Personio) and are eager to continuously improve workflows.
- You are communicative, adapt well to different people, and get to the point.
- You maintain a clear head for structure, organization, and pragmatic solutions.
- You are approachable, show empathy, and identify team issues early.
