About the role
- Establish and scale the ABM function from the ground up to drive strategic account growth
- Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns
- Leverage intent data (e.g., N.Rich) to identify in-market accounts and activate multi-channel programs
- Own intent-driven ABM campaigns and ensure alignment between Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams
- Partner with Sales, SDR, and Product Marketing on account coverage and campaign execution
- Design and deliver personalized content, messaging, and landing pages for target accounts and personas
- Track, measure, and optimize campaigns against goals for engagement and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of direct ABM experience
- Hands-on experience with intent data platforms (e.g., N.Rich, Demandbase, 6sense, TechTarget)
- Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize campaigns
- Excellent collaboration skills for working across Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong project management skills
- Background check will be part of the process
