Create repeatable, simple, and accurate fixes to manufacturing processes
Collaborate with CAM programming, Go to Market, Quality, CMM programming, Applications, and Automation teams
Analyze and improve the overall part manufacturing system and processes; teach and share knowledge with operators and cross-functional teams
Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills in manufacturing process troubleshooting
Part process knowledge: programming, setup, and troubleshooting of part manufacture
Experience with CNC software, CAD modeling software, and generic Windows PC understanding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Machining and inspection knowledge (CMM, manual inspection) and GD&T
Experience with 5-axis milling machines (preferred)
Experience with hyperMILL, Heidenhain, Fanuc, NX (preferred)
Print reading and GD&T knowledge, CMM knowledge, manual inspection knowledge, systems engineering experience, machine operation, machine setup, CNC programming and manufacturing engineering
ITAR requirements: must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
